DPF Cleaning
Advanced Group Services Ltd provides a professional DPF cleaning service for cars, vans, commercial vehicles, buses and plant machinery.
Using the patented flash cleaning technology, our machine offers a regeneration process that achieves 98% of the original condition with certified results.
A Diesel Particulate filter is designed to reduce the soot emissions from your exhaust by up to 80%. Failure to clean your DPF can result in poor engine performance and an increase in fuel consumption.
The main reason you get DPF blockages in many cases is because you may be only travelling short distances. A DPF essentially self-cleans itself (this is known as regeneration). The soot is burnt off the filter at a high temperature, this usually happens when your vehicle is travelling a distance at a medium to high rpm.
If you are not consistently travelling at a medium to high rpm then your DPF will build up too much soot and will reduce the performance of your vehicle and at this stage, you will require a professional clean.
Unblocking your DPF using our cleaning service will save you a significant amount of money in comparison to buying a brand-new filter and with a 24 – 48 hour turn around (locally) you will be back up and running before you know it.

Fuel Tank Coating
This system is designed to seal pin holes that can appear on a fuel tank, for example, on seams or where straps have wrapped around the tank.
Tanks will be coated internally and externally, where additives ensure rusting is treated, with further rusting being prevented.
This service has proved popular on older automotive metal tanks, where the unit is no longer available or very rusty.
It has also had instant success on sumps!
Recore and Repair
Once we receive the part we can test, inspect, and produce a report on the most suitable steps to fix it. We may be able to carry out a small repair to a tube or it may require a recore.
If a new core is required, we will refit the existing end tanks / headers and any brackets or framework from the original Heat exchanger onto a new core. A core can be built in either aluminium or copper & brass to fit your application.
A core is made up of coolant tubes and a material between the tubes called cooling fins that helps reduce the temperature of the coolant before it passes through the Heat exchanger.
Radiator restoration
In the case of classic and vintage vehicles, the original parts are no longer produced and therefore a restoration project is preferred.
As part of this process, we will assess the condition of the existing part and determine the best course of action to take.
